Lucknow Super Giants among the best teams in this IPL will now aim their focus on winning the title and for that they will give their all. They will look to play their brand of cricket.
LSG won their last league phase game against KKR and were overall very good in the whole league phase. They have a very good team and to do such well in the very first season showcases their standard.
LSG batters showed us exactly what they can do when the opening stand did it all in the KKR game and posted 210/0. They are that kind of a team which are really giants and can do anything on their day. Bowling wise too they are well equipped.
On the other hand, Royal Challengers Bangalore sneaked in to the playoffs leaving a lot of teams behind who even had a positive nrr’s. They will now though look to win the title after all the hustle and bustles.
Bangalore side have played an IPL final before and that experience will come in handy in the one-off game and they also defeated LSG in the league phase and confidence must be high. They will have a game plan and will just need to execute it.
RCB’s captain is in form plus the other crucial batters and they must make it count. Bowling wise too they have a well oiled unit.
In terms of the head to head, this is just the second meeting ever between the two sides in which the first game was won by RCB.
As for the wicket, the batsman are bound to get support with good bowlers as well getting rewarded.
