Mumbai Indians and Kolkata Knight Riders square 0ff in a crucial encounter in Tata IPL 2022. Both teams will be looking for a win here.

Kolkata Knight Riders have been quite good in the IPL this season having won a couple of games. They would like to carry on the good work.
KKR captain Shreyas Iyer have been quite good with his captaincy. He though will be tested against a strong Mumbai side.
Kolkata have been successful as a bowling unit in this IPL with guys like Umesh Yadav & Tim Southee picking up wickets regularly. With Andre Russell, they have a genuine all-rounder who is a match winner. They will have to play their brand of cricket.
On the other hand, Mumbai Indians have not been good in this edition of the IPL thus far. They are a good side and can definitely improve.
MI captain Rohit Sharma knows his team’s abilities and being a good captain will surely help the side in games to come.
Mumbai have not bowled that well and it is evident from the two games which they have played. Whilst Batters names Ishan Kishan or a Tilak Varma have been quite good. Mumbai will be hopeful from them in the coming games. MI needs to click as a team if they are to win this IPL.
In terms of the head to head MI seems to have a distant advantage with them winning 22 games compared to Kolkata’s 7 out of the 29 played.
As for the pitch, In Maharashtra region batters have an advantage and the bowlers if bowl well can than reap rewards.
