ISL 2019-20: Mumbai City FC eye top-4 return as they take on bottom team Hyderabad
Mumbai City FC will look to get back into the top-four of the Indian Super League standings as they face Hyderabad FC in an important clash.
Mumbai are currently fifth on the table after 13 matches with 19 points. They trail 4th placed Odisha FC by two points, with a game in hand. So a win will see them overtake the East Indian club.
Hyderabad are struggling in the league this season and will need to win games to avoid creating some unwanted history.
Mumbai City will be confident going into this game, coming on the back of winning against Bengaluru FC. Also their away form this season have been brilliant.
“It is a very important game for us. We know that we cannot make mistakes. So we need to be focussed, work a lot and respect Hyderabad,” said Costa.
“If you look at the table, they are at the bottom of the table but when you look at the games they played, they believe until the end. They have very good players, very good foreigners. I am sure we will have a lot of problems but in the end, what we want is to win the game.”
This game should have goals with Mumbai pressing hard for a win.
