India look for series win in Rajkot

India vs New Zealand
India will play New Zealand on Saturday in the 2nd T20I
India is all set to play New Zealand in the second T20I on Saturday in Rajkot. Team India go into this game as the favorites.

Date and Time : 4th November 2017, 7:00 PM (IST)

Venue : SCA Stadium, Rajkot

Both teams Morales will be quite different at the moment. India will be cheered up and raring to go while New Zealand will be down in confidence.

The visitors certainly will have to raise their game at the weekend or else they can go empty handed back to New Zealand.

They were completely outplayed in the Delhi T20I in all departments. They weren’t expected to be that clumsy in the field.

Bowling wise they lacked penetration while looked like going nowhere while batting and in chase of a mammoth total of 203.

On the other hand, India batted like champions while their bowlers did the job as well on the night.

Team news and possible line-ups

After dismal performance from their bowlers in the last game, New Zealand must be tempted to play Adam Milne in place of Tim Southee.

Although they can also drop Tom Bruce and play an extra bowler. Martin Guptill have also not performed up to the mark thus far. His place in the side is under threat.

As for India, Ashish Nehra has now retired, so they can play Mohammed Siraj in his place. Other than that I think it will be the same side from the previous game.

New Zealand XI : Guptill, Munro, Williamson, Latham, Bruce, Nicholls, Grandhomme, Santner, Milne, Boult, Sodhi.

India XI : R. Sharma, Dhawan, Kohli, Iyer, Dhoni, Pandya, A. Patel, B. Kumar, Chahal, Bumrah, Siraj.

Prediction

I expect India to come on top in this game to be honest. I think they will win the series in Rajkot.
