France Vs England – Preview
France & England are set to go head to head in an international friendly on Tuesday night at the Stade de France. It will be a mouth-watering game for the football fans.
The French looked set to win another world cup qualifying game on Friday when Giroud’s goal gave them the lead in Stockholm, but the Swedes came back fighting to equalize before the break. Eventually Sweden scored a late winner to hand France their first competitive defeat since the Euro 2016 final.
Les Bleus though won comprehensively against Paraguay in a friendly played on 2nd June. So they are still in a healthy stead.
England on the other hand struggled in the world cup qualifying game against Scotland on Saturday. Gareth Southgate’s team though remain top of their group.
On Tuesday, it should be a great game between the two sides as both teams will likely score.
Team and Tactics :-
France
Hugo Lloris will captain the hosts. Benjamin Mendy, Raphael Varane, Laurent Koscielny and Lucas Digne should provide a solid back line.
Paul Pogba, N’Golo Kante and Blaise Matuidi should form the midfield.
While Antoine Griezmann, Olivier Giroud, Dmitri Payet, Ousmane Dembele, Kylian Mbappe, Alexander Lacazette and Florian Thauvin make up a dangerous choice of forwards.
France should shine with this list of players.
Possible line-up (4-3-3) : Lloris, Mendy, Varane, Koscielny, Digne, Pogba, Kante, Matuidi, Griezmann, Giroud, Payet.
England
Fraser Forster will likey keep for the Three Lions. Kyle Walker and Aaron Cresswell should be the full backs, while Gary Cahill will likey partner with either of John Stones or Chris smalling in the central defence.
The English midfield should be in good stead with guys like Eric Dier, Dele alli, Jake Livermore, Adam Lallana, Jesse Lingard, Raheem Sterling and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
Harry Kane is expected to play upfront, with Marcus Rashford and Jermain Defoe being coming as substitutes.
England are likely to score a goal at least with this squad.

Prediction
France should edge England 2-1. But it should be a great contest as both teams are likely to score.
