France eye win against Peru in FIFA World Cup Group C

France had a great start to their 2018 world cup campaign as they defeated Australia 2-1 in Kazan. They should now carry forward the momentum to win the group. France are amongst the favorites to lift this year’s world cup and they are looking good.
The French team though need not be complacent against Peru as the South Americans are very capable of causing an upset. Paul Pogba will once again be the key man.
On the other hand, Peru had a dreadful start to this world cup, loosing their first game to Denmark. They are now behind the eight ball and it’s an enormous task that lies ahead.
Peru know that to even get a draw against France will be an achievement as it will not be easy against the former world champions.
So far Peru and France have met once before, a game which saw the Peruvians register win against the European giants.

Paolo Guerrero is available for Peru and might play against France on Thursday.
As for France, Djibril Sidibe is doubtful for the midweek game while Benjamin Mendy is available and might play.

Prediction
I think it should be a close game as both teams will give their all and I think it will be a draw. It might end 1-1. The goalscorers might be Mbappe and Guerrero.
