Barcelona aim to finish 2017/18 La Liga season on a high

Barcelona will be disappointed that their undefeated streak in La Liga this term is over as they lost 4-5 to Levante last weekend. It would have been a great achievement if they would have achieved that historical feat of remaining unbeaten throughout a La Liga season.
But nevertheless their focus will now shift to ending the season on a winning note especially playing at home. La Liga is already theirs and that’s one fact they should be proud of.
On the other hand, Real Sociedad have had a fine season so far this term in La Liga and find themselves in the top ten in the points table. They would wanna finish on a high but know playing Barcelona away will be a difficult task.

Xabi Prieto is available for Real Sociedad and might play Sunday’s game.
As for Barcelona, Thomas Vermaelen and Samuel Umtiti will not be available as due to injuries. While Sergi Roberto is suspended and hence will be unavailable. Also Yerry Mina is available and will likely play.

Prediction
Although it’s not a given that Barcelona will win on Sunday night, they certainly are the favorites. I expect them to get the job done and earn three points. The scoreline could be 3-1.
