Arsenal vs West Ham
Arsenal will play West Ham on Wednesday in the Premier League
Arsenal will play West Ham on Wednesday night in the Premier League as the season moves ahead. Both teams will be looking for three points.

Kick-off : 8:00 PM (Local)

Venue : London Stadium, London

Arsenal drew 1-1 with Southampton at the weekend having lost to United 1-3 at the previous weekend. They know they need to keep winning games.

Gunners are currently on 29 points from 16 games. They trail Manchester City by 17 points, who are on top.

On the other hand, West Ham will be confident going into the midweek game as they defeated Chelsea 1-0 at the weekend.

The Hammers though are currently on just 13 points from 16 games and are lying in the bottom half of the table.

So far Arsenal and West Ham have played each other 135 times. Out of that the Gunners have won 63 times while West ham have won 34 times, 38 other games have been a draw.

It should be a good game on Wednesday night as both teams will give their all.

Team news and possible line-ups

Cheikhou Kouyate and Sam Byram will not be available for West Ham for Wednesday’s game. While Jose Fonte remains sidelined.

Joe Hart will once again be benched and Adrian will start in goal.

As for Arsenal, Aaron Ramsey and Shkodran Mustafi are doubtful for Wednesday’s game. Jack Wilshere is available and might play against West Ham.

West Ham XI : Adrian, Zabaleta, Reid, Ogbonna, Cresswell, Arnautovic, Noble, Lanzini, Obiang, Masuaku, Antonio.

Arsenal XI : Cech, Koscielny, Mustafi, Monreal, Bellerin, Xhaka, Wilshere, Kolasinac, Ozil, Sanchez, Lacazette.

Prediction

While it’s not a given that Arsenal will win on Wednesday night, they certainly start as favorites. I expect them to get the job done and earn three points. The scoreline could be 2-0. The goalscorers might be Ozil and Lacazette.
