Arsenal aim to finish 2017/18 Premier League season on a high

Arsenal vs Huddersfield
Arsenal will play Huddersfield on Sunday in the Premier League
Arsenal are set to play Huddersfield away on Sunday as 2017/18 Premier League season comes to an end. Both teams will be looking for a win.

Kick-off : 3:00 PM (Local)

Venue : John Smith’s Stadium, Huddersfield

It is Arsene Wenger’s final game as the Gunners manager and the players wouldn’t wanna disappoint him on his farewell match. He has served the club a long time and footballing world needs to appreciate the fact.

Arsenal would be disappointed the way they played in midweek as they lost to Leicester City. Arsenal are assured the sixth spot and Europa League football.

On the other hand, Huddersfield have had two fantastic games back to back as they have grinded out two away draws against the likes of Manchester City and Chelsea. Huddersfield are now safe and guaranteed top flight football next season.

The Terriers though would wanna finish the season on a high and get victory over the the Gunners, although it will be no easy task.

Arsenal are ahead on the head to head against Huddersfield by 34-16. Both teams have played out 25 draws.

Team news and possible line-ups

Danny Williams and Elias Kachunga will both be not available for Huddersfield for the weekend game as due to injury. While Tom Ince, Michael Hefele and Jon Stankovic are all doubtful.

As for Arsenal, Konstantinos Mavropanos is suspended and will not be available. Whereas Mesut Ozil, Laurent Koscielny and Mohamed Elneny will all be unavailable as due to injury.

Huddersfield XI : Lossl, Zanka, Schindler, Kongolo, Smith, Lowe, Billing, Hogg, Mooy, Pritchard, Mounie.

Arsenal XI : Cech, Bellerin, Holding, Mustafi, Monreal, Iwobi, Xhaka, Ramsey, Mkhitaryan, Aubameyang, Lacazette.

Prediction

I expect Arsenal to win this game and give Arsene Wenger a perfect tribute. I think the Gunners will win the game 4-2.
