Manchester United are set to play Burnley on Saturday in the Premier League as the season moves ahead. United go into this game as the favorites.

Manchester United are currently second on the points table with 50 points from 23 games. They trail table toppers Man City by 12 points. They know they need to keep winning games to remain in the title hunt.

The Red Devils won against Stoke City on Monday comfortably and will be in a positive frame of mind ahead of the Burnley game. Although playing away against Burnley will be tricky.

On the other hand, Burnley are currently seventh on the points table with 34 points from 23 games. They know they need to keep getting positive results to remain in the top half of the table.

Burnley though lost last weekend to Crystal Palace and United will be another sterner test for them. They will need to lift themselves.

So far Man United and Burnley have played each other 125 times. Out of that United have won on 59 occasions while Burnley have won 44 times, 22 other games have been a draw.


Team news and possible line-ups

Scott Arfield, Chris Wood and Stephen Ward are all doubtful for Burnley ahead of the United clash. While Robbie Brady and Tom Heaton remain sidelined.

As for Man United, Jose Mourinho has no fresh injury concerns ahead of the trip to Turf Moor. Whereas Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Eric Bailly and Michael Carrick remain sidelined.

Prediction
