BBL 2022/23 – Hobart Hurricanes vs Perth Scorchers, match preview, predicted lineups
Hobart Hurricanes take on Perth Scorchers on Monday in BBL 2022-23 as the tournament moves ahead. Both teams will be looking for a win here.
Date and Time : 19th December 2022, 7:15 PM (Local)
Venue : UTAS, Launceston
Hobart Hurricanes lost their first game of the tournament at the hands of the Melbourne Stars by 38 runs. They will be looking to bounce back to kickstart their tournament.
The Hurricanes weren’t that good with the bowl against the Stars evident from the fact with a huge score. They need their bowlers to be ready. Batting wise too they were not up to the mark and will need to adjust it.
Coach Griffith will have his players ready for the tactical battle.
On the other hand, Perth Scorchers started off wonderfully for themselves by winning by 38 runs against the Sydney Sixers. They will look to continue the winning run.
The Scorchers batsman have showed skills needed in the T20 cricket and they will need to carry on. Bowling wise they will need to execute the same plans as they did couple of days ago.
Head coach Adam Voges will need to be spot on with his ploys.
For the wicket, it should have something in it for the bowlers as teams look to chase.

Prediction
I think home advantage should count for the Hurricanes here and a spirited performance might be there. Although in the end I do expect Scorchers to get the job done.
