Liverpool will take on Shrewsbury Town on Sunday in 2019/20 FA Cup 4th round as the competition moves ahead. The Reds go into this game as the favourites.

Kick-off : 5:00 PM (Local)

Venue : New Meadow, Shrewsbury

Liverpool are having a magical run, constantly winning games and FA Cup is a trophy they will have their eyes on.

The Reds got past rivals Everton in the third round to set up a meeting with Shrewsbury Town.

It’s an away game meaning some challenge for this strong Liverpool side. The Reds will have to bring their A game into play.

Jurgen Klopp will ask his men to take the responsibility on their shoulders. Be solid in the final third and stubborn at the back.

On the other hand, Shrewsbury Town are struggling in EFL League One and FA Cup presents an opportunity to showcase their talent.

The Shrews overcame Bristol City in the third round replays to reach till here and Liverpool will be a whole new level matchup.

Sam Ricketts know it’s a home fixture and their might be opportunity in this but they will have to play to of their skins.

Liverpool and Shrewsbury Town have only met once before which Liverpool won.

Team news and possible lineups

Max O’Leary will be between the sticks for Shrewsbury Town.

As for The Reds, Takumi Minamino is available and will play.

Shrewsbury Town XI : O’Leary, Williams, Ebanks-Landell, Pierre, Love, Norburn, Laurent, Golbourne, Whalley, Lang, Edwards.

Liverpool XI : Adrian, Williams, Matip, Van der Berg, Larouci, Fabinho, Jones, Chirivella, Elliott, Origi, Minamino.

Prediction

It should be a close game, given a lot of first team Liverpool players have been rested. But I think still The Reds are favourites to win this, maybe 3-1.
